Custom Aluminum Door Handles for GolfDojo Simulator Rooms

WGB Industries recently had the opportunity to collaborate with a local business, GolfDojo, to help bring a unique design concept to life for their golf simulator facilities.

The GolfDojo owner approached WGB with a handcrafted wooden prototype of a custom door handle that he envisioned using throughout his simulator rooms. While the original design captured the look he wanted, it needed to be engineered and refined in order to be manufactured as a durable aluminum casting.

Our CAD engineering team worked closely with the GolfDojo team to evaluate the prototype, refine key design elements, and convert the concept into a production-ready aluminum sand casting. The process included optimizing the design for casting, ensuring structural integrity, and maintaining the original aesthetic that made the handle unique.

The result is a custom aluminum door handle that blends durability with distinctive design. Today, these cast handles can be found throughout all four GolfDojo locations, serving as a subtle but memorable detail within each simulator room.

Projects like this highlight WGB’s ability to work alongside customers, from concept and design refinement through casting production to transform creative ideas into high-quality aluminum components.
